The Spalted "Exalted" Telly from Les Brers Guitars. 
 
Sleekly double-bound and rich with swirling Connecticut spalted maple, this guitar sounds even better than it looks. Classic "TL" sound to it. As to component parts, the Exalted has Grover tuners, Wilkinson vintage Tele pickups, and bridge, the industry leading PureTone output jack, Alpha pots, Kaish switch, and our usual guide hole physics neck attachment method for superior neck contact, tone and sustain.
 
Quality Alpha pots and Kaish switch are used, and the control panel is reverse configured--VOL control at the top. Though non-traditional, most players prefer this and have asked for this, as it lets them ride the VOL control, and they don't tend to mistakenly hit the switch out of pickup position.
 
Cavities are lined, and pickup leads are wound to precise specifications to reduce noise and RFI as much as possible on a single coil guitar.
 
The neck is maple with a rosewood fretboard. The neck is finished in our proprietary, 20-step, hand-rubbed neck finishing process which not only protects, but is sleek and handles well too.
 
Nut slots have been precision set to .0025" or less for comfy playing. We set it up with our usual 10-46 D'Addario strings. 
 
A true one of a kind...and plays far better than it costs!
 
NOTES:
1) You'll note, if you zoom, the protective pickguard plastic is still on.
2) We shot the photos before we realized we had not installed the string tree(s). We only install them as necessary, though we have found it almost always necessary to use string trees on the top two strings. When shipped, the guitar will have at least one string tree installed.
